Coverage Area
We currently deliver within Peninsular Malaysia. For deliveries outside this region, please contact us to make special arrangements.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
  • You will be contacted prior to delivery to arrange a suitable time.

Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery for selected areas or promotions (subject to terms).
  • Delivery charges will be calculated based on location and mattress size/quantity.

Receiving Your Mattress

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
  • Check the item upon delivery and notify us immediately if there is any damage.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly.
  • Mattresses must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items due to customer mishandling
  • Custom-sized or specially ordered mattresses

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the issue.
  2. Our team will verify and approve the return/exchange if eligible.
  3. We will arrange for pickup or advise on the return process.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method (bank transfer, eWallet, etc.).
