🕒 Order Cancellation Timing

  • Before Order is Processed
    You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
    ➤ Full refund will be issued.
  • After Order is Processed / Shipped
    Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. You may, however, request a return after receiving the item (see our [Return Policy]).

    • Order number
    • Reason for cancellation
  3. Our team will confirm whether cancellation is still possible and guide you through the next steps.

💳 Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded via the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Custom orders or special-size mattresses are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
  • NAPNEST WHOLESALE TRADING reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the item has been dispatched or is in the final stage of preparation.
