You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. You may, however, request a return after receiving the item (see our [Return Policy]).

- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Custom orders or special-size mattresses are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
- NAPNEST WHOLESALE TRADING reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the item has been dispatched or is in the final stage of preparation.
